Diocesan priests and seminarians celebrated the feast of St. John Mary Vianney, Patron of parish priests last 3 August 2015, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Seminary Complex.

Mass presider: Fr. Ronald Plomillo, Rector, OLPH Seminary.  Homilist: Fr. Joseph Benitez, Episcopal Vicar for Clergy.

Fr. Joseph Benitez’ homily on Mt. 14: 13-21.  The Miracle of the five loaves foreshadowed the institution of the Eucharist at the Last Supper where Jesus transformed the substance of the bread and wine into his body and blood, the accidents (appearances) remaining intact.

Present: 37 priests, 1 deacon and 34 seminarians.
